Life as a Yowler

How was that for a title? I’m running out of them. 🤣

Yesterday started with a fire truck ride with Cindy Bear. Our tour guide went over some fire safety rules with us after seating us on the fire truck. When she was done she asked if anyone had any question. Brielle raised her hand. I was feeling proud, since I knew she must have been listening. Brielle said “yes I have a question. Is Cindy Bear a real bear?” 🤣 The tour guide said yes of course she is. Brielle threw her nose up at Joah and said “ha!” Joah has been trying to convince her that these bears are just people in costumes.

After the fire truck ride, we went to see Aladdin. We all loved it. I have only seen the cartoon one a couple times, and honestly I didn’t remember much about it. Plus Brandon will testify that every single time I watch a movie, it’s like the first time I’ve seen the movie. I forget everything. So it was really exciting for me to see. When the movie was done Joah said “mom that was the best movie I’ve ever seen!”

We came back and put Isla down for a nap while the others went outside and rode bikes. After Isla woke up, we headed to the waterpark for a couple hours.

We left the water park in just enough time to catch the train barrel ride with Yogi Bear.

After the train barrel ride, we decided last minute to head up and get some ice cream. I pictured getting McDonald’s soft serve cones or something. Brandon had other plans.

Our campground was right beside this Cold Stone”ish” ice cream place. Look what the kids talked him into getting. 🤦‍♀️ I mean he’s only 4 once right?

It was a very memorable….and sugary treat. None of the kids were able to finish them. On the drive home Joah said “I think I ate too much sugar because my stomach hurts.”
