Lake Huron Campground

We checked out a new campground this weekend……Lake Huron Campground. We were impressed. It was awesome. There were tons of activities and fun things to do.

Brielle gets just as excited about playing with him as she does about playing with her girlfriends. She’s used to brothers and she can keep up with the boys.

Joah helped his friend, Bryce, overcome his fear of the inflatables. He told him to have courage and be brave. He encouraged him and promised him he would love it. We were very proud of Joah for being a good friend. Turns out the confidence got to him. There was a kid making fun of Bryce’s sunglasses while the boys were standing in line. Joah immediately stood up for Bryce and told that boy he better not make fun of his friend. The boy then made the mistake of telling Joah “I’m not afraid of you. You have the strength of a peanut.” Joah proved him otherwise. He clubbed him. The kid went crying to his mom. While I’m not proud of Joah, and he got in serious trouble for fighting, I am glad that he stood up for his friend. Joah is the kind of friend everyone would want their kid to have. He will stand up for you and not let anything unjust happen to you. He reminds me of Jack Will in the movie Wonder(which I just watched last week). Great movie!96806468-739E-497F-B925-8D1B8F380319.jpegAD2B4F8E-D75B-4609-AE66-DFEBA8F9DC4A.jpegWe ended the weekend with a game of mini golf.

It was a fun, relaxing weekend!
