AC0058EE-D017-42C7-9FFC-F54F5926057E.jpegWe are on our way home. We had such a great time in Utah. It’s one of my favorite places. Everywhere you go, you can’t escape from the mountains. It’s beautiful. The kids have made several friends in Utah. Gunnar and Logan are very sweet boys. They get along so well with my kids.  Brielle doesn’t mind hanging with boys at all. She’s very used to it being surrounded by brothers.

We made the same trip two years ago and I drove the kids into Cedar City everyday to the park. We would stop on our way to the park and see Felix. It was a special memory. Joah remembered him well. Brielle was only two and didn’t remember him very well.

It was amazing. I ate so much rice. I’ve always loved rice and this was better than any I’ve had before. The Bybee’s ordered family style, so I got to try a little of everything. My favorite was the pineapple rice.

Mrs. Bybee cooks all of our meals. She even has the kids help. Our kids were all sad when we left, but excited about all the fun they had. They made lots of fun memories, and even have some proof of it thanks to Dana’s(Gunnar and Logan’s mom) Polaroid camera. She printed off some pictures for them and they have been clutching on to those pictures the whole ride home so far.
