Today was our final morning in Florida. Joah especially is ready to get home. We went with the YFC group to Aquatica Water park this morning. We stayed 3.5 hours then left before the rest of the group. We wanted to start driving home, because we only have 1 driver. It was the perfect amount of time for the water park. We got there right when it opened. It wasn’t busy. The kids were able to get all their energy out, before being cooped up in the RV the rest of the day. Brandon took Joah and Brielle on every ride they were allowed to ride. Grandma Yowler and myself took care of the two littles. We took them in the wading pool and to the splash zone. The older kids also played at The Splash Zone between rides. The Splash Zone is a kids dream and a parent’s nightmare. It’s huge and there are about 10 slides. The kids came down a different slide each time. I kept losing track of them. At one point in time I lost Joah for about 10 minutes. It felt like much longer. Finally I found him. Unless you stay right with your child it’s impossible to keep track of them. If you have multiple kids it’s especially hard. The kids had a blast and I almost had a heart attack.

Caed loved watching the Dolphins. He thought they were killer whales because they were black and white.
Taking a little snack break.

I have some tired kids on the drive home.
Caed is totally beat. We’ve spent a lot of time in the outdoors swimming and running and playing.
J and B are acting normal and ready to party. They don’t believe in naps. Crafts….lots of crafts and workbooks are entertaining them. They have a very creative grandma who does crafts with them.

I’m excited to get home. I miss my bed although we have a king size bed here in the RV and only a queen at home. Nothing beats home. After 45 days I’m anxious to get back to Michigan, snow and all. Joah told me he is going to kiss the floor and hug his bed.
