I would like to make it known that Joah did not nap yesterday. He cuddled on me about 15 minutes then was ready to go. He was awake from 3:30am-8pm. That kid could fight sleep professionally. He would win every award there is. I had to clean up messes all night, and the least he could do for me was take a nap. It was a miserable night, but he acted pretty much normal yesterday. This is way TMI but yesterday morning Joah said, “mom, I couldn’t quit poop farting last night.” Brandon then explained to him that’s called a shart. Thank you Brandon for expanding our five year old son’s vocabulary. We chose to not go anywhere yesterday just in case he was contagious. It started raining and storming, so it all worked out.
We spent a lot of time outside again yesterday. I was wanting to stay inside and have a lazy/movie day, but Joah didn’t want to lay around. I guess I should be glad he is active and not a couch potato.
Here he is climbing his favorite tree at the campground.

I keep a tub of camp toys in the RV and we pulled those out yesterday. The boys were playing with Rocket balloons. We also rode bikes……until Joah rode right smack into a wall. I realized then that he was too weak and disoriented to ride bikes, and I put a stop to bike rides and tree climbing.
Caed is four pounds heavier than Brielle and he kept getting ticked on the seesaw.
We don’t have a baseball or a bat in the RV, so we compromised and used a fire poker and huge tennis ball. He loved it and we played baseball a long time.
We grilled chicken last night. Right as Brandon was finishing up grilling, it started pouring and Brandon got soaked. Joah was hungry and ate 2 pieces of chicken. Caed ate 4.5 pieces. I was praying hard that Caed wouldn’t get sick.
Finally at 8, he fell asleep on Brandon clutching his rubber band gun.
Im so thankful no one else got sick. We all slept like rocks last night. We slept in until 8:30, because Brandon’s trainings weren’t until 11 and 2 today.
